Attempting to reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or
otherwise discover the source code of this SOFTWARE is
illegal and shall constitute a violation of this EULA. No
portion of this SOFTWARE, including but not limited to,
programs, algorithms, codes, texts, images, or sounds may
be modified, adapted, translated, copied, stored,
distributed, used or accessed in any way except as detailed
in this EULA.

Distribution

This SOFTWARE cannot be re-sold or used in any
profit-making activities, including but not limited to,
distribution as part of a commercial product or service,
without the prior written consent of Partridge Software.

This SOFTWARE may be freely copied and distributed as long
as Partridge Software is identified as author of this
product; exact and unmodified copies of both the SOFTWARE
and documentation are provided; and that the evaluation
version is not sold for any cost.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Florida shall govern the terms of
this EULA.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS
IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE OF
THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS IN WHICH
THIS SOFTWARE MAY BE USED, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE IN OFFERED. GOOD DATA PROCESSING
PROCEDURE DICTATES THAT ANY SOFTWARE BE TESTED THOROUGHLY
WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA BEFORE DEPENDING ON IT. NOT ALL
PROGRAMS WHICH RUN FROM A TRAY ICON MAY BE COMPATIBLE WITH
QUICKRUN'S TRAY MENU. WITH ONE OR TWO EXCEPTIONS, IT WORKS
WITH EVERY PROGRAM WE HAVE TESTED IT WITH AT THE TIME OF
RELEASE.  BUT THERE MAY BE OTHER APPLICATIONS WHICH ARE NOT
COMPATIBLE. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO TEST QUICKRUN WITH EVERY
SOFTWARE APPLICATION IN EXISTENCE. IF YOU FIND ONE THAT
EXHIBITS INCOMPATIBILITY WITH QUICKRUN, SIMPLY LEAVE IT IN
YOUR TRAY AND LET US KNOW, AND WE'LL PUT IT ON A LIST FOR
POSSIBLE FIXES FOR THE NEXT MAJOR UPGRADE. PARTRIDGE
SOFTWARE SHALL IN NO WAY BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR
LOSS OF PROFIT THAT RESULTS FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.
